3. Subscriptions and Refunds

Plans & Billing

Authr AI offers paid subscription plans (Pro, Studio, Ultra).
All subscriptions are billed annually, unless otherwise stated.
Plans are auto-renewed unless canceled before the renewal date.

Refunds

We offer a 100% refund if requested within 7-14 days of your initial purchase.
Refunds are not available after this period.

4. Use of the Service

You may use Authr AI to:

Create LinkedIn posts using your voice or tone
Generate drafts from rough ideas
Clone or mimic writing styles ethically

You are solely responsible for the content you generate and publish.

You agree not to use Authr AI to:

Post misleading, harmful, or illegal content
Impersonate others or misuse AI to harm reputations
Violate LinkedIn’s or any platform’s terms of service
Clone someone else's voice or tone without permission

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these rules.

5. Content Ownership and Rights

You retain full ownership of your content, including anything you input or generate.
By using Authr, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use your data for providing and improving the service.
You may not copy, reverse-engineer, or resell Authr AI or any part of it without written permission.

6. Data and Privacy

We collect:
- Your name, email, and payment information
- Usage data such as your tone preferences and post drafts
We use this information to deliver, personalize, and improve the service.
We do not sell your data.

7. Cookies and Non-Personal Data

To the fullest extent permitted by law:
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the service.
Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the last 12 months, if any.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the creators of Authr AI from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from:
